1. Acceptance
By using King of Damas you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard EULA.
2. Use
The app is free with ads, for personal non-commercial use. Copying, modifying or redistributing it is not allowed.
3. In-app purchases
- Premium (auto-renewable yearly subscription): removes the banner and the ads between games and unlocks unlimited hints. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in iPhone Settings (Apple Account › Subscriptions).
- Royal Collection (one-time, non-consumable): unlocks the premium boards and pieces.
Purchases are charged by Apple, can be restored on other devices with the same account ("Restore purchases") and follow Apple's refund rules.
4. Warranty
The app is provided "as is", without a guarantee of continuous availability.
